This is the first time I’ve used it.
I decided to take apart the Esprit’s filthy steering wheel to clean it. I guess.
In doing so, I noticed it has “OVAL” embossed on the back.
Why? Because this wheel ain’t round. It’s 15 1/4 across, and only 14 1/2 high.
File that under U seless Pontiac Facts.
Speaking of filth, I freed the turn signal lamps from the front bumper beam before I tossed it in the scrap dumpster at work.
They cleaned up better than the steering wheel. I’m gonna try and soak it in something to make it less nasty. Not sure why. I guess because it reminds me of the steering wheel that my first car (‘77 Esprit in case I haven’t mentioned it lately) had, except it was black and not blue (and black filth).

Some of the Snap On stuff I got at my first wrenching job I still have, and use quite frequently. Those were the rare Good Buys, but I don’t want to go back and calculate how much $20 per week payments I gave to the guy....

Yeah, best not to think about that stuff.
I’ve made the conscious decision to not keep track of how much I’ve spent fixing up my house. I really don’t want to know.

I have a Matco ratchet screwdriver I bought in 1988 that I still use today. I have a few other choice tools that have lasted for years.
